Production Associate II :

Shred line Heavy

What You'll Do

Keep the floor running strong by maintaining a clean, organized workstation and production area. Follow production guidelines and safety standards to ensure our products meet the highest quality. Prepare finished products for shipment, helping get our cheese into the hands of customers nationwide. Operate production line equipment - from unboxing cheese to preparing it for the shred machine. Spot issues early and communicate with your supervisor to keep everything running smoothly. Jump in where needed to support the team with additional tasks.

What You Bring

Sharp attention to detail and strong organization skills. Accurate record-keeping to ensure smooth and reliable production flow. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. A self-driven, hard-working attitude with a commitment to doing great work. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs while staying active on your feet.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Will be required to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

Schedule:

Day Shift

, Monday to Thursday occasionally Fridays 6AM to 6PM

NO WEEKENDS!!

Pay

Training pay starts at $17.55/Hour with a potential to reach $19.55/Hour after meeting all skill levels.
