Production Associate I
Job Description
This position is responsible for performing production tasks according to established procedures and guidelines. You will support the manufacturing operations by collaborating with team members and supervisor to meet production targets and deadlines.
Reads work orders or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Verifies incoming and outgoing products meet quality standards and processes
Utilizes IR Scanners for labor entries and verifying part/serial numbers
Accurately building /modifying products, by following blueprint measurements and instructions
Soldering, operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to complete production tasks
Inspect electronic components for quality assurance and compliance with specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety and efficiency standards
Knowledge & Skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Working knowledge of the metalworking processes preferred Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly is preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite Ability to read and closely follow written and verbal instructions * Experience using hand tools including soldering equipment preferred
