We're looking for a

Production Associate

to help keep our operations running smoothly and our customers happy. You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled facility alongside a supportive crew -- not sweating it out in a hot shop or grinding through weekends.

What You'll Do

Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently Assemble, inspect, and package products that meet our quality standards Perform routine quality checks and report any issues to your supervisor Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures (we'll train you!) Keep your work area organized and maintain a safe, clean environment

What We're Looking For

Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
