TAAC Group is a leading Home and DTC Services Retailer in Canada & the U.S. with three home offices (Ontario, Quebec & Accra) and distributorship in several global retail chains: HOME GOODS, HOME SENSE, and WINNERS. The Company currently has three (3) Brands and one (1) Services Company in its portfolio, with plans to increase its DTC impact through brand acquisitions. Role Summary

The Production Associate will be responsible for assisting in the fulfilment of print, apparel and other product orders. It requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Assist in the order fulfillment process from receipt to delivery. Assemble and prepare goods for shipment. Inspect and report defects contributing to quality improvements. Receive, organize and manage materials for production. Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouse. Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process. Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations. Adhere to safety guidelines and report any concerns. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Communicate effectively with the team.

Available to work on weekends

Qualifications

Proven experience in production, warehousing and order fulfillment. Good Communication skills. Ability to follow directions accurately. Attention to detail. Good Organization skills. Good Time management. Good Technical and Mechanical skills. Ability to work independently.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
