Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated production associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring parts are positioned correctly to maintain quality standards and optimize production efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Rack and un-rack automotive parts onto designated fixtures or carriers according to production schedules and part specifications. Inspect parts for damage, defects, or contamination prior to racking. Follow proper orientation and spacing guidelines to ensure parts receive even treatment during finishing processes. Communicate any issues with parts, equipment, or processes to team leaders or supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and housekeeping standards. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating attention to detail.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a

manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging role

preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy. Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Work Environment

Indoor production facility with exposure to various materials and equipment. Comfortable work attire and closed-toed shoes or boots required. Fast-paced environment requiring focus and adherence to safety protocols.

Schedule

1st shift position.

Full-time, 8-hour shift. Monday to Friday - Occasional overtime and weekends may be needed based on production needs.*
