- General high school degree, or equivalent (e.g. GED) preferred
- Ability to meet attendance guidelines (may include holidays, weekends, and overtime)
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a team
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Our work is performed in a refrigerated environment (38 degrees or below inside at all times)
- Team members must be able to stand for extended periods of time (Shift 8 hours)
- Team members must be able to lift up to 50lbs (for example, you may have to periodically move cases of produce)
