Summary of responsibilities:
Follow standard work instructions to support efficiency and established cycle times Perform quality checks using various measurement tools (e.g., gauges, micrometers) to ensure products meet customer specifications Monitor equipment operations to confirm products meet standard specifications and production schedules Perform routine equipment maintenance and complete required process documentation

Selected candidates must be able to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods, depending on the assigned area. Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Authorization to work in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not necessary. Selected candidates must successfully complete applicable pre-employment screenings, such as a drug screen and background check.
