PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY TEAM MEMBER - 1st Shift

LOUISVILLE, KY - LOUISVILLE PLANT

The Production Assembly Team Member is part of the Production department and reports to the Production Coach.



The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Work as a team member on a production line adding variouscomponents to the seat assembly

Ensure Safety & Quality standards are followed at all times

Contribute fully to continuous improvement initiatives

Adhere to "5S" and "World Class Housekeeping" standards

Help to achieve team performance goals and objectives

Identify and record any problems related to the product, processand quality system

Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designatedchannels

Frequently required to stand, walk, sit and reach with hands &arms

Repetitive gripping and dexterous use of hands

Must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/ormove up to 30 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs

Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required

Bonus If You Have:

One year of related experience

Starting Rate:

$19/hr
