Particularly we are looking for someone to be part of our Inductors team and our Final Assembly Team. Our facility is an inclusive manufacturing company, meaning we build our products from beginning to end.

Our Production Assemblers work individually and on teams to assemble power electronics equipment to meet our busy demand. This is a year-round position in a comfortable work environment that is well heated and/or air-conditioned all year round.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONS:
Kitting - Description

• Read and prioritize work orders
• Gather unit parts for assembly kits
• Track inventory
• Staying organized and active

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• Manufacturing: 1 year preferred, but not required
• Good Work History

PAY:
$17 starting pay with performance raises given
$250 Sign On Bonus for Full-Time after 90 Days $50 Sign On Bonus for Part-Time or Seasonal after 30 Days
