We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties

Assemble components and finished products according to detailed specifications and work instructions, maintaining high standards of quality and precision Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment to move materials and parts within the manufacturing facility Conduct visual inspections of assembled products to identify defects or inconsistencies, ensuring compliance with quality standards Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of tools and materials in a manufacturing environment Maintain accurate records of production activities, including parts used, time spent, and completed units Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet daily production goals and deadlines Assist in inventory management by organizing parts and supplies within the warehouse or storage areas Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on assembly processes and suggesting efficiencies

Skills

Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with assembly line operations Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings or work instructions Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely and effectively Warehouse experience including forklift operation certification is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise assembly tasks Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Good communication skills for clear documentation and teamwork coordination Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
