Responsibilities

Assemble products and components accurately according to detailed specifications and work instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed to move materials within the manufacturing facility. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow processes. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of tools and machinery. Assist in inventory management by tracking parts and supplies used during assembly. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes or potential efficiencies.

Requirements

Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is essential. Experience working on an assembly line or with hand tools and power tools is required. Warehouse experience, including operating forklifts, is a strong plus; forklift certification is desirable but not mandatory. Ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing operations. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
