Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Product & Project Manager who will partner directly with you customer's Chief Operating Officer. This role is pivotal in understanding their software product (platform) requirements, developing and aligning a strategic product roadmap with senior leadership, and ensuring on-time product release/delivery.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and management of innovative software products. The ideal candidate will oversee product lifecycle from conception through deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap Development: Work with senior leadership to gather and define product requirements, and develop a clear, stage-wise product roadmap. Align this roadmap with the company's strategic goals and secure buy-in from stakeholders. Team Management & Deliverables: Oversee the team's tasks and ensure that deliverables are met according to the roadmap milestones. Project Management: Break down the overall project plan into actionable tasks, assign them to team members, and manage the workflow in an agile manner with regular sprints. Status Reporting: Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment on progress and any issues that arise. Contextual Adaptation: Understand the nuances of the equipment services business and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of the organization. Execution & On-Time Delivery: Ensure that all tasks are executed efficiently and that the product is launched on time as per the agreed-upon deliverables.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in both product management and project management roles. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and sprint planning. Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and align product goals with business objectives. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $71,888.79 - $90,000.00 per year
