Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Generative AI and financial systems. This role involves leading the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions--such as large language models (LLMs), copilots, and summarizers--within a highly regulated financial environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product ownership in Agile environments and the ability to translate complex financial use cases into scalable AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate complex financial use cases into clear product features, requirements, and user stories Lead the deployment of Gen AI solutions (LLMs, copilots, summarizers) in compliance with regulatory standards Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, engaging closely with stakeholders Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, and release tracking Monitor product adoption, performance metrics, and business impact post-deployment Drive continuous product improvements based on data-driven insights and user feedback

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in delivering AI/ML solutions within regulated industries such as finance or banking Strong background in Agile methodologies and enterprise-level software development Hands-on experience with Gen AI platforms including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and BloombergGPT Excellent communication skills and experience in managing stakeholders across business and technical teams Solid understanding of compliance, risk, and governance frameworks in financial environments
