Job Description


Significant Job Duties:

  • Manage the implementation of Dental products, including launches, enhancements, and ongoing product maintenance in the annual Affordable Care Act (\xe2\x80\x9cACA\xe2\x80\x9d) Consumer and Small Group cycle. Duties include:
  • Project management for annual dental & vision portfolio updates and integration with the broader medical/Rx project management;
  • Complete CMS templates (in partnership with vendors and/or medical project team), including reading & interpreting annual updates in CMS guidance, communicating those requirements to vendors, and performing gut check Q&A;
  • Maintain and update the infrastructure for product grid templates, the source of truth for benefits;
  • Research operational enhancements needed to support benefit enhancements and coordinate the implementation;
  • Coordinate communication of plan level benefits with IBC\xe2\x80\x99s platformand vendors to ensure accurate plan administration; and
  • Ensure accurate display of dental plans on Consumer retail platforms.
  • Coordinate compliance with regulatory mandates and internal and external audit requests, including working with corporate audit departments to understand requirements, coordinating with vendor/partners to obtain and QA the requested data, and lead the vetting and implementation of operational enhancements, as needed.
  • Lead Company wide systems updates from dental & vision perspective (examples include retail platform migration, benefit configuration system, etc.).
  • Coordinate the resolution of setup & administration issues, including performing operational root cause analysis and developing and recommending solutions. Manage solution implementation across the IBC FOC and with external vendors.
  • Develop processes and work to improve existing processes to prevent future operational issues and to promote efficiency.
Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with preference in analytical, problem solving, and/or process optimization related fields, or equivalent work experience

\xc2\xb7 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience

\xc2\xb7 Strong Powerpoint / Excel skills, a plus

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated success in working on a fast-paced, deadline driven team

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and socialization skills, including reading, interpreting and communicating mandates

\xc2\xb7 Problem-solver and self-starter

\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail

\xc2\xb7 Ability to coordinate multiple and varied initiatives and activities simultaneously
