As the Product Marketing Manager for LATAM, you'll own the regional product strategy--from market insights and competitive analysis to new product launches and portfolio optimization. You'll ensure our products meet customer needs, regulatory standards, and business goals while driving profitable growth across Mexico, Brazil, and LARO distributor markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help shape the future of the WD-40 Company portfolio in one of our most dynamic regions.

This role offers the flexibility of working a hybrid schedule. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and should not require sponsorship now or in the future to legally work in the U.S.
What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the Product Lifecycle

- Manage the full lifecycle of WD-40 Company products across LATAM, ensuring every decision is end user-driven, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Drive Growth & Profitability

- Oversee product/category P&L, balancing pricing, cost structures, and margins to deliver sustainable results.

Ensure Compliance Across Markets

- Partner with regulatory and R&D experts to keep packaging, labeling, and formulations aligned with country-specific standards.

Optimize

the Portfolio

- Conduct regular reviews, streamline SKUs, and tailor assortments by market and channel to maximize value.

Launch and Adapt Products

- Build and execute the LATAM NPI roadmap, including regional adaptations, packaging innovations, and reformulations.

Enable the Sales Team

- Develop compelling messaging, tools, and insights that help our sales partners win in the market.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

- Align with global and regional teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and impactful execution.

Champion Continuous Improvement

- Identify and deliver initiatives that simplify processes, reduce costs, and enhance product performance.

What You'll Bring to the Role:
7+ years in product/brand/marketing management within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Proven experience in product lifecycle management, from NPI to reformulations and packaging updates. Strong financial acumen with direct experience managing P&Ls, pricing strategies, and cost structures. Expertise in regulatory compliance across LATAM markets (packaging, labeling, certifications).' Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking). Portuguese a plus. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
