is the front door to everything we create. It's where millions of viewers explore upcoming titles, watch sneak peeks, join the Angel Guild, engage with creators, and step into the Angel ecosystem for the very first time.
We're searching for a Product Manager with the heart of a founder to lead our

Web team

. You'll set the vision, shape the roadmap, and own every page, flow, and pixel. Everything from content discovery and streaming UX to SEO health, Guild conversion funnels, marketing surfaces, internal tools, and next-gen experiments that make the Web experience a growth engine for Angel.
This is a high-growth, high-impact role for someone who thrives on scrappiness, speed, and extreme ownership.

Your Mission

Set Vision & Drive Growth:

Own the future of Angel's Web experience; from the homepage to long-session engagement. Define the north star, craft the roadmap, and build features that convert first-time visitors into lifelong Guild members and fans.

Be the Architect of Delight:

Create a Web experience that feels effortless, intuitive, and inspiring. Shape discovery moments, content pages, watch flows, and marketing surfaces that guide viewers through Angel beautifully.

Ensure Cross-Platform Cohesion & Leadership:

Collaborate with Mobile and TV partners to drive parity where it matters; and strategic divergence where the Web should lead. Make bold bets that amplify reach, conversion, and storytelling power.

Operate Like a Founder:

Treat the Web platform as your own product line. Balance user needs, business outcomes, and engineering realities while making decisive calls on speed, quality, and impact.

Measure, Learn, and Iterate Fast:

Own the metrics that matter: traffic, SEO performance, conversion, watch engagement, and retention. Plan and run A/B tests, analyze results using GrowthBook, RillData, Buster, and light SQL, and iterate aggressively based on insights.

Drive Execution & Alignment:

Write user stories, shape MVPs, run sprints, and collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and stakeholders. Keep priorities sharp, timelines clear, and the Web experience shipping smoothly.

Champion SEO & Online Presence:

Monitor SEO health and ensure our content, metadata, and technical infrastructure help audiences discover Angel naturally. Partner with marketing and engineering to resolve issues and elevate performance.

Own Internal Tools:

Maintain and evolve our self-service Web publishing tool. Train teams, gather feedback, and turn it into a smarter, smoother, more empowering system.

What You Bring

Extreme Ownership:

You naturally take charge and have a bias for action; clarifying vision, making calls, and driving work to completion.

Product Depth + Startup Grit:

2+ years of product management or product-adjacent experience in Web, media, streaming, or high-scale consumer applications.

Scrappy Execution:

You're equally comfortable drafting specs, QA-ing builds, prototyping flows, digging into analytics, or running user interviews.

Data & Design Fluency:

You balance aesthetics with evidence; shaping elegant user experiences while understanding metrics like conversion funnels, session length, and SEO drivers.

Inspiration & Influence:

You rally engineers, designers, and execs around big ideas and communicate them clearly and confidently.

Why Angel & Why Now

Massive Impact:

Lead the Web platform that shapes the first impression (and long-term engagement) of millions of viewers worldwide.

Fast Growth:

Angel is scaling quickly; your work will directly influence global reach, Guild growth, and the future of our storytelling platform.

Founder's Energy:

We move fast, dream big, and keep bureaucracy low. You'll have startup autonomy with the backing of a breakout entertainment brand.

Values-Based Storytelling:

Join a mission that matters and help bring stories that amplify light to the world.
