Job Summary:



The Product Manager position is critical to the growth, expansion, and profitability of XPEL's brands and products. This individual will manage the assigned product portfolio(s) and help drive our market strategy, managing the proper introduction of new products to the market, the improvement of our existing product portfolio based on customer feedback and technological advancement as well as the phase-out of products. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

Core Duties


Develop, own and execute product roadmap, communicate updates, achievements and challenges to the leadership team. Performs pricing and competitive analysis through customer and sales channel and recommend strategies to improve market position and improve quality costs. Manage whole product lifecycle. Identify new market expansion opportunities, collaborate with R&D and develop a unique product offering within the existing and new market. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the specific market including "near neighbor" markets from a user and business perspective. Develop and maintain product database with product specifications, warranty and other key product documentation. Other duties as assigned.



Basic Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field 3-5 years of product management experience (window film, building materials, coatings, specialty films, glazing, or related industry preferred) Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies Five years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Development or Project/ Program management preferably with professionally installed products. Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills, particularly the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and balance multiple projects and prioritize backlogs. Proven track record of influencing global stakeholders, distribution channels and gaining alignment on product vision Ability to work independently, and work in a fast-paced environment with strict time constraints. Proficient in MS Suite of products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Strong analytical and presentation skills. Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
