Our client, a fast-growing healthcare logistics startup, is hiring its first dedicated Product Managera true partner who will help define how the platform scales with enterprise health systems and translate real hospital workflows into products that are simple, safe, and powerful.
How You'll Work
You will collaborate across two engineering squads:
Experience Squad (Primary Team)
Owns user-facing workflows, operational tools, and the hospital-facing experience. As the company supports more enterprise customers and broader use cases, this will be your core focus.
Platform Squad
Focused on infrastructure, integrations, and core systems. Youll partner with the CTO/CPO for architectural alignment and platform-level capabilities.
About Design
The team intentionally operates without a full-time designer. A modular design system is in place, and PMs with strong UX instincts produce clear, buildable flows that enable engineering to move quickly. Crisp, workflow-driven UX direction is key.

What You'll Do
Drive discovery & insight with hospital partners
Lead structured discovery with hospital stakeholders
Map workflows, constraints, and success criteria
Build long-term relationships with enterprise partners
Turn complexity into crisp product direction
Convert messy input into PRDs, specs, flows, and prototypes
Use tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Figma/Make) to prototype and de-risk scope
Define acceptance criteria and success metrics
Own the product lifecycle end-to-end
Prioritize and sequence work across squads
Unblock engineers with clarity and rapid feedback loops
Partner with Success and Sales to ensure adoption
Instrument usage and iterate quickly
Build lightweight, repeatable product processes
Establish simple, scalable approaches for discovery, prototyping, and validation
Add structure without bureaucracy
Strengthen product culture through clear thinking and first-principles reasoning
Qualifications
4+ years of B2B, customer-facing product management experience
Experience in regulation-heavy domains (healthtech, fintech, legaltech strongly preferred)
Startup experience (founding PM through Series F stages welcome)
Track record of shipping products where operational reliability matters
Strong UX instincts; comfortable producing flows and prototypes independently
Able to prototype using tools like Figma/Make
Thrive in ambiguity; demonstrate high ownership, speed, and decisiveness
Communicate with clarity and write high-signal product documentation
Turn messy inputs into structured plans, owners, and outcomes
