What You'll Be Doing:

Originate & Close Loans

- Manage an active personal pipeline while supporting loan officers within the branch.

Recruit & Mentor Loan Officers

- Build a strong team, providing training, coaching, and leadership.

Strengthen Realtor Partnerships

- Act as the key mortgage resource for our real estate partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Drive Branch Production & Growth

- Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency and high closing ratios.

What We're Looking For:

Active NMLS License

(MI)

Proven leadership experience

- Prior success managing a mortgage team or branch

Strong origination skills

- Ability to structure and close , VA, Conventional, USDA, and Non-QM loans

A relationship-focused approach

- Comfortable working with real estate professionals and providing ongoing value to referral partners

Ability to manage and scale branch operations

- Ensure loan officers are productive and clients receive a world-class experience
