Produce Director
Job Description
Dash's Market is looking for a Produce Director to manage the produce department in one store and oversee produce operations at all 4 locations.
This person is expected to be a part of maintaining a profitable department. They will manage and build a small staff, be a strong team leader and good communicator.
This person would work with the President and Director of Operations for Dash's Market to communicate & coordinate sales, pricing, & product mix to the store produce managers to ensure a great customer experience and company growth.
Candidates must have experience specifically in the produce department.
Salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years experience in perishable grocery retail Own transportation/Ability to work between stores Leadership experience Professional appearance & communication skills No lifting restrictions Open and flexible availabilities, including weekends Excellent customer service and communication skills
