Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the produce department
- Ensure that all produce is properly stocked and displayed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train and supervise produce department staff
- Maintain a clean and organized department
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their produce needs
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and adjust product offerings accordingly

Skills:
- Strong math skills for inventory management and pricing calculations
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing department
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and orders
- Administrative skills for record keeping, ordering, and scheduling

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for fresh produce. The Produce Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our department by overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, training staff, and providing exceptional customer service. This position will be based out of Middletown ( 3 days)

2 days will be spent at 1 of the other 4 locations as a floater as business needs.
