This is a hands-on role with approximately 80% of time spent overseeing processing activities (trimming, bucking, sorting, prepping for packaging) and 20% supporting fulfillment (labeling, packaging, inventory tracking, and order staging).
The ideal candidate is an organized team leader who values quality, compliance, and teamwork--someone who can lead by example, motivate others, and help us maintain the highest standards in our post-harvest operation.

Enforce SOPs, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
Coach and guide processing team members, offering real-time feedback to support growth.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
Act as the main point of contact for the processing team, maintaining a steady workflow and delegating responsibilities appropriately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Fulfillment (20%)
Lead all aspects of order fulfillment, including weighing, labeling, packaging, and staging of products.
Ensure all outgoing orders meet compliance requirements (e.g., METRC tagging, COAs, proper labeling).
Maintain up-to-date inventory and fulfillment records in METRC and internal systems.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure delivery timelines and product availability are aligned.
Conduct final quality assurance checks before product release.
Upload COAs and enter products into LeafLink upon test results.
Submit samples for testing within 24 hours of product return from decontamination.
Ensure decontamination submissions are completed by 3 PM during processing weeks.
Train new team members in fulfillment workflows and compliance practices.
Recommend improvements to fulfillment operations for better accuracy and speed.
