Job Description

The Processing Associate 1 is an entry level role focused on supporting production operations through labeling, packaging, and maintaining a clean work environment. This position will perform foundational tasks while learning SOPs and quality standards within the processing department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow SOPs and GMP guidelines for labeling, packaging, and handling of cannabis products.

Accurately apply compliance labels to a variety of products.

Assemble and label exit bags and outer packaging.

Package flower, prerolls and concentrates under supervision.

Conduct quality control checks and document packaging data as instructed.

Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace including use of cleaning logs.

Organize workstations and materials for efficient production flow.

Restock packaging supplies as needed.

Support senior team members as directed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check in accordance with the Cannabis Control Board.

Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Positive attitude and reliability.
