Summary
Delta Star Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Process Training Manager to lead onboarding, compliance, and occupational training across the organization. What You'll Do
As the Process Training Manager, you'll manage training standards and practices, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure accurate documentation. You'll design technical learning paths, oversee instructional design, and foster a culture of continuous improvement that enhances production rates and workmanship quality.
A Day in the Life
Your day will involve monitoring training priorities, auditing site practices, and collaborating with leaders to deploy new equipment and processes. You'll supervise instructional designers, analyze training metrics, and implement best practices to ensure compliance and operational success.
Specific Duties
Manage onboarding, compliance, and occupational training standards and practices.
Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, observations, and results.
Monitor training priorities, schedules, and resources across manufacturing sites.
Administer process training, including accurate records, metrics, routine reporting, and training evidence.
Support deployment of new equipment, systems, and processes.
Design learning paths for technical occupations.
Audit site practices for adherence to standard processes and results.
Supervise instructional designer(s).
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and compliance requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a training leader with strong technical understanding, instructional design expertise, and a proven ability to improve workforce performance.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Organizational Development, Industrial Technology, or related field.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training technologies, instructional design, and evaluation.
At least 5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or workforce development.
At least 3 years of leadership experience, demonstrated through influence, ownership of outcomes, and guiding others.
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification preferred.
Bilingual (French/Spanish) a plus.
Must live or be willing to relocate within a safe, reasonable commute to the assigned location.
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer for U.S.-based positions.

Ability to travel to manufacturing sites as needed.
Expertise in designing competency-based training programs.
Ability to analyze training effectiveness and implement improvements.

Travel Requirements
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
