Duties

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards. Monitor process parameters continuously, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and systems to identify potential issues before they impact production. Document process data accurately, including batch records, operational logs, and maintenance reports. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical challenges. Follow safety protocols diligently, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions or deviations from standard operating procedures. Participate in training sessions to stay current with new technologies and best practices in manufacturing processes.

Proven experience working with manufacturing or processing equipment in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of process control principles, instrumentation, and automation systems. Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and operational manuals with ease. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and precision. Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and document activities clearly. Commitment to safety standards and quality assurance practices. Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or certifications related to industrial maintenance or process control.
