Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our team on the second shift. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help drive efficiency, safety, and excellence in our production environment. Responsibilities



Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to production schedules. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and processes, identifying and troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime. Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols during all phases of production. Document process parameters, equipment settings, and quality data accurately for traceability and reporting purposes. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Assist in setup, changeovers, and calibration of equipment as needed for different production runs. Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements



Proven experience working as a Process Technician or in a similar manufacturing role, preferably within a high-volume production environment. Strong technical skills with the ability to read schematics, interpret process documentation, and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations such as OSHA guidelines. Ability to operate various manufacturing tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges. Strong communication skills for clear documentation and effective teamwork. Flexibility to work on the second shift schedule with potential for overtime or weekend shifts as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant training are a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
