Job Description

Hours

: 5:00am-1:30pm


What You'll Do:




Operate process machinery and equipment by following established work instructions, drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols. Load, unload, and handle subcomponents and finished products using material handling tools and equipment. Inspect materials and parts for correct dimensions, materials, and finishes to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Complete accurate computer transactions and support production schedules through reliable, repeatable execution. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while meeting attendance, productivity, and safety expectations.

What You'll Bring:




High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Ability to follow structured processes, routines, and instructions in a predictable production environment Basic math, measurement, and computer skills, including the ability to read a tape measure and use simple tools and gauges A detail-oriented, task-focused approach with the desire to learn a craft and build long-term expertise Preferred: Prior manufacturing experience and/or experience operating material handling equipment such as overhead cranes or hoists

Base Compensation Range

: $21.50-$27.16 per hour. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
