POSITION SUMMARY:

Process Engineer wanted by SensoryEffects, Inc. to work in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Manage and coordinate activities to improve process efficiencies, operational troubleshooting, capital project design and site safety. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and train operators on processes and process changes. Set up process capability measurement and training to ensure customer needs are met. Lead continuous improvement; develop and evaluate Lean Sigma opportunities and coordinate and assist in implementation. Requires Master\'s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or related, and 1 year experience in job offered or 1 year in process improvement engineering, or bachelor\'s degree in the same field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the field and 1 year of experience in job offered or 1 year in process improvement engineering, or any other qualifying combination of education, training, or experience.
