Under the supervision of the Manufacturing Facilitator or designee, the Production Operation Control Helper Third Shift will conduct all system inspection relating to the manufacturing of Bactec product including formulation, filling, labeling and packaging operations. Follows QSR, ISO, safety and environmental regulations.

:

Performs in-process test for Bactec line following procedures to assure good performance in finished products.

Performs inspection of filling and packaging area following QSR\xe2\x80\x99s, ISO and FDA regulations.

Maintains and keeps neat all records during the process and immediately notifies Manufacturing Facilitator if any deviations occur.

Prepares chemical reagents according to written procedures.

Performs DI water system monitoring and notifies Manufacturing Facilitator of any deviation.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum of Associate Degree in a science related field. Able to read, write and understand English.

Experience:

One year of experience in manufacturing and packaging areas desirable. Quality Control or Process Control highly desirable.
