Your Responsibilities

Deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care according to each client's Plan of Care

Monitor and document changes in client condition

Communicate proactively with families, care team, and the Director of Nursing

Maintain accurate electronic documentation (mobile/GPS-based)

Provide exceptional patient and family-centered care

Requirements

Current, unrestricted

Hawaii RN license

BLS Certification

and

negative TB test or chest X-ray

At least

1 year of nursing experience

(home health preferred)

Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist clients safely

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Infusions, Wound Care, G-Tube, Tracheostomy, Cardiology, Geriatrics, Dialysis, Rehab, Medical-Surgical, Bowel Treatment, and Home Health.

Pay:

$40 per hour base rate; $40-$75 per visit (depending on assignment type)

Job Types:

Ewa Beach, Honolulu, and surrounding Oahu communities
