Regency Care of Silver Spring is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN LPN/RN to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive and friendly environment. The position is compensated at $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. Monitor and document patients' conditions and communicate any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed. Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all residents.

Requirements

Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care or related setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed.
