Responsibilities

:

As per the Patients needs perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, PICC/central lines), vitals/assessments, medication administration (Abx, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds), blood draws Provide patient education on self-administration of medication Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly

Requirements

:

Current Registered Nurse license with competent in the duties described above Minimum 1-year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance and care Reliable transportation, access to a printer/scanner/fax machine Must be able to communicate promptly with our scheduling personnel Expect to do 2 visits per week * Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
