The Community Life Services department is looking for a Part Time Activities Assistant to join the team! As a member of the activities team, you get a front-row seat to the amazing life stories of the wisest people on earth. Responsibilities:

Assist with creating/assembling event decorations Uploading event photos to Uniguest system Conducting events Assist in the planning and coordination of a balanced program of spiritual, emotional, intellectual, vocational, social, physical and environmental activities with the intent of including all resident in some area of lifestyle activity. Promote a healthy community culture for all resident and employees. Assist in gathering each residents interests.

Skills

Experience working with seniors in recreation, music, fitness and/or social administration, preferred Great communication and people skills Excellent written and verbal communication is a must Flexible scheduling, will involve some evenings and/or weekends Computer Skills
