About Us:

Windham Woods School is a respected private educational institution committed to providing a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for our students. We are currently seeking multiple responsible and dedicated School Bus Drivers to join our team and ensure the safe and timely transportation of our students to and from school and related activities. We are constantly growing and are in need of drivers. We do have full-time sub positions and a route to Brookline Ma. The routes for this school are not like your typical school district routes.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a school bus along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and school transportation policies. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition. Maintain a clean, orderly, and respectful environment on the bus. Enforce student conduct and safety rules to ensure the well-being of all passengers. Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students. Respond appropriately to emergencies or unexpected situations. Complete and maintain all required transportation logs and records accurately.
Qualifications:

Clean driving record. Minimum of 1 year of driving experience (school bus experience preferred). Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and physical examinations as required. Strong commitment to student safety and well-being. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
Preferred:

Prior experience driving for a private school or educational institution. CDL B Familiarity with traffic patterns.
