Protea Counseling

is seeking dedicated Telehealth Therapists to join our team of mental health professionals. This is a fully remote, flexible position for clinicians who want to make a difference in clients' lives through virtual outpatient therapy.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual mental health assessments, intakes, and diagnostic interviews with a wide range of clients Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices Provide ongoing individual teletherapy sessions for clients with mental health concerns Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in a secure electronic health record (EHR) system Collaborate with supervisors and clinical leads as appropriate Identify client needs for external services and make appropriate referrals

Qualifications

Current and active

LAC or LSW license in New Jersey

Minimum

2 years of clinical experience

preferred Experience providing telehealth therapy is strongly preferred Knowledge of evidence-based mental health practices Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high-quality client care Commitment to

cultural sensitivity and inclusivity

in mental health care
