Tumble Time, LLC is a private gymnastics program serving over 500 gymnasts across Miami & Miami Beach. We are currently looking for ambitious coaches eager to take on an entrepreneurial role to expand our program throughout Miami. We take pride in our expertise, providing enriching lesson plans, and being excellent role models for our students.

Role Description

- Coach classes

- Develop and implement lesson plans

- Inspire and motivate students

- Maintain a safe and positive environment

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience coaching tumbling and gymnastics skills strongly preferred

- Experience working with parents, children and developing their tumbling skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills and uses age-appropriate language

- Ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and team coaches

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to accommodate class schedules

- A degree or certification in tumbling, acrobatics, gymnastics, or a related field is a plus

Requirements

- Own a vehicle for transportation

- Part-time (Mon-Fri 3pm-6pm)

- $25-$35/hr (Hourly & Commission)

- Salary based on experience & training
