Position Details and Responsibilities

1:1 patient care Working with pediatric/adult patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator Documenting electronically Patient assessments In-person Developing meaningful long-term relationships

Scheduling options (depending on location):

Day shift Evening shift Overnight shift Weekend availability Part time Full time

Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications

IL RN license

Maintains a current CPR certification BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred)
