Processes



Group audit, statutory audit, CORAM, OR and QA. As assessed by Group Audit/QA/OR/CORAM in Spot Checks. Rating of 'Improvement required' would qualify for a performance rating of 2. A satisfactory rating will qualify for a rating of 1. Timeliness to be assessed by regional OR managers Performance rating as assessed by the regional ops risk managers. Performance rating as per audits by external auditors & OR team

Key Responsibilities


Risk Management


Ensure management control and performance/operating standards are appropriate and are being adhered to, as per ORMA standards Key Control Standards, SORR, LSORR along with KRIs to be accurately made & reviewed along with appropriate samples and sent in time

Regulatory & Business Conduct



Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

Qualifications


Bachelor Degree /MBA/ Experience 5 Years in banking and financial industry
