As a globally preferred sustainability solutions provider, our team takes great pride in the relationships we have built with industry leading manufacturers; now with more than 30,000 devises refurbished each month, we are looking to add a Business-to-Business Sales Professional to help keep our promise of Zero Waste to Landfill through re-commerce!




Position Summary




As a New Business Development Professional at Close the Loop, you?ll be at the forefront of driving growth in the fast-moving world of re-commerce. From prospecting new opportunities to closing high-value deals, you?ll own the entire sales cycle and make an immediate impact. With your deep knowledge of ITAD channels, grading, resale values, and yield, you?ll build lasting partnerships and create real value for customers. Along the way, you?ll collaborate with our operations, refurbishment, and logistics teams to deliver seamless solutions?and grow a thriving book of business that?s all your own.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:




Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, resellers, and eBay customers. Manage online sales channels (eBay, Amazon, company website) by creating effective listings with detailed descriptions, photos, and competitive pricing. Identify high-demand printer models and related accessories for resale opportunities. Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment. Oversee the full e-commerce sales process ? from product posting and inquiry management to order confirmation and shipment tracking. Handle customer questions about printer models, compatibility, and performance in a clear, professional manner. Work with the marketing team to promote featured inventory and special deals across social media and digital platforms. Support business growth by researching market trends and suggesting pricing or sourcing strategies. Contribute to team goals by assisting





REQUIREMENTS:




Strong understanding of printer models, features, and common customer needs (inkjet, laser, multifunction, etc.). Prior experience with eBay or other online marketplaces preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for both retail and B2B customers. Familiarity with basic computer operations (installing printer drivers, updating listings, managing order systems). Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales channels simultaneously. Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable collaborating with internal departments to resolve listing, shipping, or product issues. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds (for occasional handling of inventory or shipping boxes).
