We are looking for enthusiastic technology specialists who will be actively engaged in the field each day, delivering technical support, installation, and setup services for our full range of product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot laser printers and copiers at client sites. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of printer and copier models. Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they can maximize the use of their equipment. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to printing and copying devices. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts inventory. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical insights and support customer needs. Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Printer Technician or similar role. Strong technical knowledge of laser printers and copiers, including installation, maintenance, and repair. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client locations as needed. Technical certification in printer/copier repair is a plus. Assist with copier and replacement printer deliveries, warehouse pickups, and other delivery-related tasks. During service call downtime, repair and refurbish equipment in the office.
