for our commercial print shop in Nampa, ID. We're a fast-paced team that creates high-quality print and marketing materials for businesses across the Treasure Valley. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone Monitor and respond to customer emails Work closely with customers to understand and support their project needs Create custom quotes for print and promotional jobs Process and manage work orders Assist designers with typesetting and layout tasks Support digital and wide-format print production
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent computer and basic math skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus
