What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee the strategic evaluation of groundbreaking technologies, ensuring their potential is fully harnessed in our product designs. Lead the mechanical elements in design and development of products, setting a standard for innovation and aesthetic excellence. Serve as a key customer interface, adeptly translating intricate customer needs into product features and building enduring customer relationships.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a portfolio showcasing innovative product design and leadership experience,

particularly in high-volume markets and/or motion systems

Extensive expertise in mechanical design principles, product development, and technology integration. Strong knowledge of CAD software, engineering simulation tools, and modern design methodologies.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience with patents, publications, leadership roles in mechanical design, or strategic business acumen.
