Responsibilities
- Provide in-home primary care services
- Conduct annual wellness visits and physical exams
- Treat patients with conditions like diabetes, asthma, depression, and allergies
- Administer flu vaccines
- Active state license
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an NP
- BLS certification
- Experience with in-home patient visits
- Proof of car insurance and valid driver's license
- Flexible 4-hour shifts, 1-2 days per week
- Work with a diverse patient population
