Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range $100,400.00 - $165,700.00

What Is the Opportunity? Provide guidance and direction for the day to day management of a regional pricing support team to ensure achievement of the Product Management (PM) and Personal Lines objectives.
What Will You Do?

  • Monitor and manage workload and workflow to ensure deadlines are met, and changes in schedule are communicated.
  • Coach, guide, and direct staff to provide effective support to PM teams for filing indications, filing exhibits, quantitative templates and models.
  • Support enforcement of standardized processes and documentation.
  • Conduct performance measurements.
  • Support and implement emerging Personal Lines plans and strategies.
  • Assist in special projects as necessary.
  • Assist with team development and performance.
  • Assimilate new staff into organization.
  • Manage transitioning staff as they share dual team responsibilities.
  • Recommend improvements to pricing and filing policies, procedures, and workflow, including handoffs with product processing, and legal/regulatory departments.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What is a Must Have?
  • 4 years insurance industry experience required.
