Summary

We are seeking a Preventative Maintenance Service Advisor to join our team. Located in our well-equipped 7-bay shop, this role is vital in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and expert advice on vehicle maintenance. Your contributions will help uphold our reputation for honesty and reliability.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs with professionalism. Schedule appointments and manage service timelines efficiently. Explain recommended preventative maintenance services clearly and transparently. Interpret digital vehicle inspections and present findings along with solutions to client digitally. Upsell appropriate services to enhance vehicle longevity and safety. Track shop inventory. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history. Provide excellent customer service to foster repeat business. Stay updated on automotive trends and service offerings. Opportunity for path of advancement

Qualifications

Proven experience in auto service and/or customer service. Excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to guide client through the buying process while maintaining integrity. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Passion for the automotive industry and helping customers keep their vehicles safe.
