Requirements

Reliability: you show up and do what you say you will (Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM start). Team mindset: we all do our part to make the team successful. Safety-ready: must be able to understand and follow written and verbal safety instructions provided in English to perform essential job duties safely. Communication: you speak up early when you need clarity or face an issue. A passion for working outdoors. Pride in workmanship and willingness to learn. Physical ability to meet job demands. Valid NC Driver's License and reliable transportation to the North Raleigh warehouse. Construction or exterior work experience is a plus. Professionalism: you work safely and understand this is a drug-free workplace.

Essential Duties

Team reliability is key.

All employees must arrive at the SOR warehouse by 7:30 AM sharp, Monday-Friday.

Most finish between 2-4 PM.



This role includes both

pressure washing and gutter cleaning

. Cross-training is standard. You'll rotate services based on season and crew needs.



Additional expectations:


Operate hoses, wands, ladders, and harnesses safely. Follow OSHA and company safety requirements. Lift/pull up to 75 lbs and hold wands overhead for extended periods. Work at heights within fall-protection limits (Must be able to meet size and weight requirements for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. With some exceptions, individuals between

150-270 lbs.

Compensation and Growth

$16/hour for those new to the trade - we train you Up to $18/hour with experience and strong soft skills $17-$20/hour+ for advanced experience and soft skills Lead Technicians (salaried) average

mid-$50Ks

in year one; up to $70,000+ with experience and efficiency Leads are promoted from existing team members hired through this posting
