We are seeking an experienced

Press Brake Operator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating and setting up press brake machines, performing accurate bend deductions, and producing high-quality formed metal parts according to specifications.

Press brake operator must be able to:

Review the production routing and product blueprints for each production run. Select the proper tooling needed for the new production run and install the tooling according to specification and Check the first part against the blueprint spec. Make the production run according to instructions, checking the product quality. Disassemble and store the tooling from the last production run. Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift 50lbs

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Strong understanding of bend deductions, bend allowances, and forming sequences. * Ability to set up and program press brake machines (Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, or similar).
