What We Are Looking For

High School diploma or equivalent required; CDA or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Prior experience working with children in a school or childcare setting Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work well as part of a team and follow lead teacher's direction A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment Must meet all state licensing and background clearance requirements
