Infant Teachers

Pre-K Teachers
who are passionate about early childhood education and ready to be part of a structured, supportive team.
Position Overview
Teachers are responsible for creating a warm, engaging classroom environment while maintaining state licensing requirements, classroom ratios, and daily routines. Teachers work closely with the Director and team to support children's learning and development.
Provide nurturing, responsive care to infants
Follow daily routines for feeding, diapering, sleeping, and play
Maintain accurate documentation (diaper changes, feedings, naps)
Engage infants in age-appropriate sensory and motor activities
Ensure a clean, safe, and calm classroom environment
Communicate respectfully with families regarding daily care
Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines
Pre-K Teacher Responsibilities (3-5 years)
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
Support early literacy, math, social-emotional, and motor skills
Maintain classroom structure, routines, and positive behavior guidance
Observe and document student progress
Prepare children for kindergarten readiness
Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment
Communicate effectively with families and administration
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass background and child maltreatment checks
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work as part of a team
Love for children and willingness to learn
Preferred (but not required):
CDA, early childhood coursework, or degree
Previous childcare or classroom experience
Knowledge of classroom routines, lesson planning, or child development
We are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable, professional, and eager to grow.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the day
Active participation with children indoors and outdoors
