Responsibilities

Implement age-appropriate curriculum that reflects children's interests and needs. Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Support social-emotional development through meaningful interactions. Observe and document children's progress. Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's growth. Manage classroom behavior effectively to promote positive learning experiences. Plan and execute engaging lessons that encourage exploration and discovery. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom setting.

Qualifications

Prior experience working with preschool children or in early childhood education. Strong communication skills and ability to connect with young learners. Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices. Ability to deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals. Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic attitude. Certification in early childhood education or related field preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
